Introduction
CARDIOTONE begins with a warm up and oblique stretches. The 30 min. cardiovascular portion includes athletic dance moves choreographed to energizing music. No dance experience necessary. The goal is to increase your heart rate and improve coordination. An upper and lower body strength segment utilizing free weights will maintain the elevated heart rate and offer anaerobic activity. Class also includes a significant core strength segment. Finally, CARDIOTONE ends with a cool down.

Week of Thanksgiving
There will be class on Mon., Tues., and Wed. night at the regular time. On Thanksgiving morning, class will be at 8:30. Friday and Saturday morning class will be at 8:30.
