Introduction

CARDIOTONE begins with a warm up and oblique stretches. The 30 min. cardiovascular portion includes athletic dance moves choreographed to energizing music. No dance experience necessary. The goal is to increase your heart rate and improve coordination. An upper and lower body strength segment utilizing free weights will maintain the elevated heart rate and offer anaerobic activity. Class also includes a significant core strength segment. Finally, CARDIOTONE ends with a cool down.

Just wanted to tell you that, yes, it's hot and that you working out tonight is going to be interesting.  Please drink water before and during class tonight.  I just visited the building and it's doable, providing concessions at Calavera doesn't open the door to the inside.
